Nick was a great guy and very helpful. Had to spend a little more than some. Yet that’s the price for HOT WATER. Can’t tell you how many cheap motels and hotels that don’t have HOT WATER. This place has really HOT WATER and I thank you for that! I hike the trails and it’s all I want when I come to town. Hot shower and clean cloths. Lots of name brand fast food around the hotel as well!
Great value. Modern, clean and well equipped for a short stay. King room #112 was spacious w/tiled floors and the bed was comfortable. Close to many establishments. The only issue was when the top floor guests dropped something on the floor, it is loud.
Not bad, lucked out. Easy check in process via virtual receptionist in my experience. Room was okay , no complaints from me. Loud club next door till 2 am but I was there !
Raj was fantastic in service for a late night solution. The rooms are great for what they are but service using the tele-receptionist was surprisingly pleasant and Raj made it that much better. Def ask for him if you can.
We were in Florida for four days. We were on a tight budget this time and chose this hotel. I read bad reviews and was really worried, but I needn't have been! The hotel was very clean, and the rooms were cleaned every day. There was no noise, although we were across from a Mexican cafe. The beds were comfortable! The only downside was the breakfast; it was pretty bad. Please add an egg.
I was honestly very positively surprised! The check-in process was done through a virtual screen with a live agent on video — such an innovative and modern experience. Everything worked smoothly and it felt very efficient. A special thank you to Jil, who assisted me during check-in. He was extremely friendly, professional, and welcoming. Great energy and great service! The hotel itself is really nice for the price. Good value for money. The room looks good at first glance, two comfortable beds, and a nice shower. Everything feels clean and practical. I’m happy with my stay so far. Definitely recommend!
Not a bad place just the checking in, is quite weird and uninviting. It's virtual for reasons I can't explain, it's very important to be face to face with real people in person. Not across some tv screen with a guy behind the screen like a zoom call. Rooms were clean , breakfast was good, but the room cleaning staff was very rude and the one in charge was beyond nosey, rude, and had something to say about everything I did, which keep in mind was not anything that needed her opinion on nor sticking her nose in. Other than that if it's a comfortable, safe hotel for a good price with a basic breakfast for fre you'll enjoy this place, I did .
Nick was very helpful and kind. The hotel isn’t far from fast food stops. The hot water is really HOT. I’m so thankful because many hotels don’t have hot water after two ppl use it.
